Their sets combine Irish rock favorites, traditional tunes, pub singalongs and Eddie originals. San Diego is buzzing about The Salty Eddies, a new and up-and-coming band made up of seasoned professional musicians who have come together to create a fresh, high-energy live act rooted in Irish music but versatile enough to go well beyond it. The Eddies bring years of performance experience, strong musical chemistry, and a shared passion for delivering dynamic, crowd-raising shows across a range of styles.
The Salty Eddies perform a spirited mix of Irish rock, pub favorites, traditional tunes, and original songs, while also drawing from a broader musical palette that allows them to adapt to festivals, pubs, private events, and more. Their 7-piece lineup—featuring vocals, fiddle, tin whistle/flute, accordion, guitar, bass, and drums—creates a rich, full-bodied sound that is powerful, melodic, and flexible, capable of moving from rowdy singalongs to driving instrumentals and crowd-pleasing favorites with ease.

MUSIC
The Salty Eddies are currently recording their debut album, a project that brings their signature blend into the studio. Their upcoming single release party will take place May 6, 2026, at the Salty Frog. While the album is in progress, industry partners and venues can preview the band’s live performance through their YouTube channel or by requesting a full live show demo.
